What Our Officers Do:
Our Executive Committee leads the administration of the caucus’s business and facilitates member participation. Here are the general responsibilities for each officer:
President
+ Preside over meetings
+ Execute the will of the caucus members
+ Represent the organization at public events
+ Facilitate participation and recruit individuals for special tasks
+ Promote the general welfare of the organization
Treasurer
+ Maintain financial health of the organization
+ Oversee the general fund
+ Lead fundraising efforts
+ Perform other tasks as assigned by the president
Vice President
+ Preside over the caucus in the president’s absence
+ Lead the caucus’s recruitment efforts
+ Perform other tasks as assigned by the president
Secretary
+ Schedule meetings
+ Create and disseminate meeting minutes
+ Maintain records
+ Perform other tasks as assigned by the president
